The San Francisco Business Times has interviewed Supportiv co-founder Helena Plater-Zyberk, as part of a feature on digital (mental) healthcare companies helping meet healthworkers’ unmet needs.

Popular financial advice website MoneyGeek features Supportiv as an affordable way to access mental health support during the Coronavirus pandemic.

NYC Well, the city of New York’s official mental health hub, has included Supportiv in their list of resources available to New Yorkers and healthcare workers, in order to maintain their mental and emotional wellbeing.

Men’s Health has featured Supportiv as a tool for men during Mental Health Month. Anonymous, moderated chats make it possible for men to take care of their emotional wellbeing, sharing their struggles without shame.

Our Supportiv co-founder recently sat down with the host of the TV series Finding The Good Life with Dr. Gene. The episode highlighted how much easier it is to share emotional struggles in an anonymous way, and how peer support can improve your health and well-being.

Supportiv has released a new collection of articles, providing tactical suggestions for the day-to-day emotional challenges of parenting–a particularly poignant topic during shelter-in-place.

Leading health technology news outlet MedCity News talks with our Supportiv co-founder about how companies are responding to employees’ strained mental health in the COVID-19 era–and how Supportiv is playing a vital role.

In this time of uncertainty, try to help someone else, whether a friend, coworker, partner, or family member. But make sure your own needs are also met, first.

MSN’s BestLife Online features a very Supportiv tip, from our co-founder Helena: ignoring self care and your emotional needs can impact your health – especially in your 40s.
